Self-hypnosis is sometimes the silliest thing you never heard… (consciously). That’s because you create your reality with your internal dialog… which is a profoundly powerful hypnosis. … Here are some simple ways to seize the day with joy.

1. LISTEN TO YOUR BRAIN! Pay attention and heed the stories you tell yourself. Thoughts have power. As Henry Ford said; “If you think you can or can’t, you are correct.”

2. JUST IMAGINE! Close your eyes and press your hands gently over them and observe what you perceive. That may seem like black cotton candy or something that goes on into the infinite. Think of what you want, Imagine itas a done deal. See, hear, feel, smell, taste and intuit having your dream or goal as a real deal. The power to imagine makes it as real seems to manifest it in time and space. Think for it as already happened. And think of how you made it so. Create a thought form of yourself as successfully mastering what you want. 

3. SUGGEST!

. Silently mouthing a suggestion as a key word or affirmation. This is incredibly effective for achieving fine results. Or, you can record your positive ideas and play them back to yourself as you relax and breathe fully. An affirmation sung or chanted is enchanting and gets results.  An affirmative suggestion will hum and echo inside the walls of your skull and soon will stimulate your Vagal Nerve to send a cascade of endorphins and feel-good chemicals throughout your body/mind. The results will be obvious

Keep keyword or phrase simple. A runner may say “full gear” and you may simply suggest, “Just DO IT!” Some folks like to put a sign or write out their affirmations as a touchstone. You can also affirm a sentence like; “I focus on the positive. My words and self talk uplift me. I am positively bent. Your stream of consciousness will automatically tell your neurology that it is safe in your world and you will creates inner and outer harmony and peace.

4. BREATHE TO PLEASE

As you breathe in take in your goodness and focus on what you want (and not on what you don’t want). As you breath out take it easy. Your natural creative mind automatically will bring a happy renewal of feel good energy that encompasses you. You’re happy and why not… life is short. You and your all-knowing Higher Self are now on a positive trajectory as you breathe and relax. 

If ever an icky thought arises send it to the light and immediately replace it with a better thought. Then, like magic you are more uplifted. It happens so fast there’s no time to speak. People come to hypnosis and hypnotherapy to be happy.
