The Scariest Time of the Year! I Just Love the Creative Decorations By Photographer and Adventurer Dianne Gowder

As I take my daily walk,  at this time of year,  I find myself marveling at the fun and creative decorations that I see. When I was growing up in England we did not celebrate Halloween at all, so I still feel like a kid when I see all the decorations!

I decided to share some and I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did. I will not be identifying locations to respect the privacy of the homeowners but I can say that all the photos were taken in San Pedro and Palos Verdes.

I rather like this guy!

Here are a few more scary ones.

It seems that Halloween brings out many of our neighbor’s  sense of humor!

Pirates are always fun!

I know Halloween is getting close when I start to see Pumpkin patches appear. The squirrels enjoy this time of year as much as I do!

Dianne loves to walk and she tries to do at least 3 miles every day before she heads out to work. Her love of  photography evolved from her walks.

“ I have always been amazed by scenery here and more and more I found myself stopping to capture the beauty of my surroundings. As I shared my work I realized that very few people were even aware of what they have on their doorstep!”

Dianne has made it her mission to share the beauty through her photographs and she takes her friends on walks as often as possible.
