Ming H2 Wu is a distinguished commercial photographer and artist based in Los Angeles, CA, renowned for his innovative underwater photography. Since beginning his underwater photography journey in 2005, he has quickly gained recognition from fashion and beauty publications. Ming has dedicated his career to underwater photography projects and fine art, experimenting with various techniques to create stunning images of the human form in imaginative underwater worlds.

Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Ming moved to the U.S. in the mid-90s to pursue his education. He earned a B.A. in commercial photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, and an M.A. in photography from The Ohio University, Scripps College of Visual Communication. His fascination with underwater photography culminated in the publication of “In Depth – The Rise of Underwater Model Photography,” a valuable academic resource for photography students.

Ming’s underwater photographic art has received both national and international recognition. He has seamlessly transitioned from the fashion and beauty industry to the realm of fine art, consistently winning photography competitions and exhibiting his work at prestigious art shows.
