Flowers are one of the most beautiful part of nature. It is the flowers that make nature look so colorful and attractive.

Flowers and humans have a very long relationship which is ever since we exist. The flower is present in all of our occasions and they play a very important role, and definitely, flowers are the most beautiful gift mother natural has gifted us. The beauty of a flower makes poets and writers attract to it, and we can clearly see it in their writings. Beauty is not only the quality of flowers; it is just the reason for which people love them. Different flowers have different qualities but their beauty is common among them all. So let’s now reflect on why do flower make you happy?

Flowers signify love, care, and affection. When receiving a perfect floral arrangement can make your day and keep you feeling happy throughout the day. Looking at flowers tends to make people happy and increase the flow of dopamine to the brain cells. As a result, it tends to make us feel satisfied. If you consider the spring season, it indicates something bright and beautiful primarily because it comes with a display of bright and beautiful flowers. Flowers here show that something extraordinary is about to happen, which in this case is the coming of summer. This means the blooming of flowers suggests that something good will happen, making us feel happy and increasing the brain’s flow of dopamine. Hence, when you see flowers, a similar feeling is triggered, and you feel so glad.

Oxytocin is another chemical that makes us feel happy. It usually triggers a sense of love and romance. The fragrance of flowers induces this chemical. It creates a sense of feeling that makes us happy when we get the sweet smell of flowers. It doesn’t need to be influenced by strong-smelling flowers like roses and hyacinth. Delicate-smelling flowers like lavender and lilies even trigger it. Like oxytocin, another chemical that makes us feel happy is serotonin. Flowers are known to trigger the flow of serotonin to the brain. Serotonin is known as a mood stabilizer and can help you feel satisfied.

Flowers are one of the best ways to express your love. A unique feature of flowers is that it makes the recipient feel happy about receiving the bouquet and makes you feel delighted for sending the flowers. Because flowers signify love, it immediately tells the person how much you love them. It is one of the simplest and, at the same time, one of the best expressions of love and affection. If you want to make a person feel loved, the best way to do so would be to gift them a perfect floral arrangement. There is no more incredible feeling than the assurance that someone loves you. This feeling undoubtedly will make you feel happy, and it is a gift of flowers that make you feel loved and happy. This is why flowers make the perfect gift for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, and weddings etc. The power of giving flowers gives your sense of self-appreciation rises knowing you’re doing something good for others.
