Success awaits when you set practical step-by-step goals for what you want.
DO THIS FOR YOUR 2021 GOAL!
Think of something you want and then ask yourself, “What one thing can I do NOW, today, to move me in the direction I want?”
For example to release unwanted pounds:
- I only I eat healthy foods.
- I eat 1 – 2 servings of vegetables with each meal.
- I eat protein with each meal.
- I drink eight glasses of water today.
- I chew each bite 20 times.
