Hypnosis for Heros in Rancho Palos Verdes on October 13, 2019
Our local helpers, first responders and the heroes in our fire departments, medics and sheriffs department regularly deal with stress. We all know that stress, over time, can wear thin. The result is a sense of overwhelm, sleep issues, indigestion, post trauma reactions, and overall frustration. Local Hypnotherapist, Shelley Stockwell Nicholas, PhD, President of the International Hypnosis Federation and RPV resident, wants to offer help for our helpers. On Sunday October 13 she is inviting our local heroes to her home for a free self-hypnosis clinic to make things go more smoothly. For more information call her at 310 541-4844.
Shelley explains “Stress happens on a biochemical and emotional level so a stressful, or perceived stressful event–now or in the past– can put you on a tilt. Mindful hypnosis is an easy-to-learn tool proven to put our helpers more at ease. The side effects of these simple skills are many: Improved judgement and eye hand coordination; a more stable mood tone and increased healthier habits. I look forward to hearing from you.
