Palos Verdes features plenty of outdoor activities, including multiple spots to golf along picturesque cliffs. But with so many options, it can be difficult to filter through potential spots to golf, and even to improve your game. So here’s a list of some of the top golfing spots and resources around the Hill.

1.     Los Verdes Golf Course

Los Verdes Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes is a beautiful spot along the ocean that offers quality views, a full 18-hole course, and a driving range. It also has options for special events such as weddings. The Los Verdes Golf Course has three PGA Professionals on staff who teach both individual and group clinics.

2.     Palos Verdes Golf Club

If you want to become part of a golf community that has been around for an entire century, look no further than the Palos Verdes Golf Club. It is designed for players of all skill levels and uses natural terrain and ocean breezes to make the course challenging. It also offers special event space, from weddings to dances and dinner parties.

3.     The Links Golf Course

Located at Terranea resort, the Links course is a spot that provides access to both the spot and the famous grounds of Terranea resort. While it is a shorter course, with only nine par-three holes, it combines fun with the natural lay of the land. Also, every hole features a distinct and fitting name, such as Boomerang and Captain’s Bluff.

4.     Trump National Los Angeles

Trump National Los Angeles features a luxury golf experience. Its grounds have an award-winning golf course, and its clubhouse features dining experiences and a golf pro shop. It is also a popular spot for special events.

5.     PGA Golf Lessons

While not a golf course or club, this website can connect you with PGA-certified gold instructors in and around the Palos Verdes area if you are looking to improve your game. Here, you can learn about them and contact instructors directly if you are interested.

There are plenty of opportunities around the Hill to play golf, just start in the game, or enjoy the experience of a beautiful golf spot with a special event without even golfing at all.
